Meet the Director!
I graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2017 with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications. Throughout my educational career there was one thing that kept me motivated - performing. I've been a part of choirs from 3rd grade all the way up to my senior year of college. In high school I performed in Waubonsie Valley High School's Sound Check and performed/directed Illinois State University's Show Choir, Vocal Movement. Performing has always had a positive impact on my life.
Upon graduation I was sad to leave performing behind. In 2022 I took the leap and auditioned for my first community theatre production and it has been a great way to get involved in the community and meet some wonderful people. The Studios Performing Arts is excited to start offering programs for performers of all skill levels to create art and hone in on their performing skills.
The Show Choir Studios has shown great success in our few sessions and we are excited to continue to grow and offer more.
